A little end of week treat for you all.
Recently at Flow Athletic we completed our signature Inspired Yogis program that was embedded in mindfulness with the sole purpose of coming back to our ‘senses’ and remembering to be in our bodies.
It was a four week course that gave bite sized, easily digested chunks of info (not dis-similar to my online The Space Between course – which by the way relaunches very, very soon so that, for your convenience can be started anytime as opposed to previously as a group) to be used in any situations to remain potently present.
The weekly themes were: GROUND & CENTRE; WAKE UP; FOLLOW THE CHARM; ENOUGH TALK.
As promised to you Flow Athletes, and anyone who couldn’t make it into the studio, here it is. A meditation that touches lightly on all four themes and that can be used anytime.
